Creation of a boutique luxury hotel with exterior and interior spaces re-addressed.  Demolition to the structural shell and total rehabilitation of the former 120 room hotel into the first all suites hotel in Greece with Architectural Design, Interior Design, Lighting Design and Landscape services as well as supervision of all construction phases provided to the 60 key suite hotel.
